HOW MANY BEADS CAN I WEAR AT ONCE?

HOW LONG DO I KEEP MY TIE ON BEAD FOR?
You can keep it on for as long as you desire you can wear it until it has served its purpose, then remove it if you wish or you can wear it for as long as your intuition tells you to keep it on whether if that's for 2 months, 6 months or a year or longer.
COMFORTABILITY
The beads are not uncomfortable, you will often forget that you are even wearing them. The key is tying the beads on with 2-3 inches space so that if you sit down or get bloated the beads are still loose and comfortable on you.

While showering wash them with soap as you would your skin & pat dry with towel after.
